Resolved Question: Is their such thing as white tattoo ink?

I plan on getting a tattoo sleeve & one of the designs is supposed to be a desert scene where a dead tree is in the middle of nowhere with a crow sitting on one of it's dead limbs, and the moon is shining light through the dead trees limbs, so that the shadow on the ground will say "no fear". I really like this design but I don't think it would look right unless the moon was white... So does white ink exist if not is their any other color that would make the moon look good?
